That's all I can remember, as I say I was very young but I remember watching this show but have no idea what the name was, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A memory popped into my head of watching a weekly TV Show featuring an old man, all I can remember is that on each episode, a flap on his cap or part of his hair would stick straight up and wiggle, almost like he had figured something out in his head.That's all I can remember, as I say I was very young but I remember watching this show but have no idea what the name was, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
