Coronation Street is by far a superior watch. Its production values and writing are excellent - as yesterday's episodes proved.
Eastenders on the other hand is literally unbelievable. I'm presuming the "fat girl who eats lots" story line is an attempt at humour. The acting was awful and the scripting was abysmal. I'm certainly glad I get more for my licence fee than this dire offering.

I haven't seen the soaps for a while and sat down to watch Corrie and Eastenders last night.Coronation Street is by far a superior watch. Its production values and writing are excellent - as yesterday's episodes proved.
