Sunrise (Channel 7, AU) Using TODAY Show (NBC, US) Bed??

I was watching Sunrise the other day and i noticed at the TOTH they were using a Today show bed for the headlines, but only on the tuesday, all other days they seemed to use their own music, and i can't seem to find any connection from Channel 7 to NBC or Comcast or Universal and so i can only assume they were using it, illegally? Please can someone explain, Thanks
