Good Morning Britain - 2015 Refresh/Tweaks

I agree with you on that one it does kind of emphasise on a sunrise, it would also be nice for the voiceover to always say the presenters names like it did today. It's was a pleasant change to have the two main presenters on a seperate smaller desk in the performance area. That theme also has a peacful ending with the brass quieting down.

After the title sequence today, Piers said "Good morning, it's 6.01 and 18 seconds!"

Presumably, showing off the fact that the opening had taken under 2 minutes for once...

He's been saying the exact time quite a lot actually...

Watching the show on +1 and the interview with a head teacher about school places has gone to a holding slide for "legal reasons". They were just about to talk about government being to blame for the lack of places. Comes back with a Lorraine preview.

I've just watched GMB on ITV+1 and it went off at 9.16 (8.16 when it was live) saying "they're not legally allowed to show what was happening"?

It was during the item on school places.

Yesterday's, Fridays and Wednesday's episodes appear to have been removed from the ITV player as well...

Also after 7.24 after the break when the choir sang the theme tune. They started from the start of the date on the opener and we saw the rest of the opener, was quite unusual

Yes the choir was singing in welsh, saying the words "Bore da Prydain" which obviously translates to Good morning Britain.

The opening, beds and weather opening are a little different today.

I noticed nothing different

The weather has the little riff that the opening music has had since last year

Also, the opener seems to have had a tweak to make it cleaner and the bed has had the 'ticker' sound enhanced.
