The Gallery

Obviously The Gallery isn't currently available, so I am taking this opportunity to post the following mash-up of various eras of Challenge TV logos that I made a while back (and I don't think I ever posted on here):

I covered as many eras as possible - the most painstaking part of the recreation was making a vector version of the question mark logo - probably at least in part down to the method I used in attempting it.

I feel lost without a rating system.

I don't feel it loses anything from not including the current logo either. In the unlikely event of a documentary being made called 'The Challenge TV story' that logo would have to be used.

It's certainly better than some of the current stuff in the gallery!

Maybe it could be used to celebrate a milestone event?

Actually having this in a single thread for the time being would work since it would help us with the aim to create a range of works. Any crap designs will NOT be tolerated however.

It's very easy to say that when you have never posted anything in the gallery. You continuously make comments such as the one above, yet you never prove capable of actually designing anything yourself.

Well, if this is what we have to do then here I go!

This is Number. It's a online channel that shows a wide variety of programs from a wide variety of cultures, countries, and languages, from Doctor Who to SMAP×SMAP, and everything in between. There is no demographic, no watershed (although most adult adult programs are aired at night - force of habit), and no rules about scheduling. You could have Top Gear on, then it's time for anything, from anime to The Muppets. It's that kind of network.

Now, the ident is this.

The logo, as you see, is a hashtag. Why is this? Well, if the station's going to be online, then it needs to make itself noticeable in the social spaces of Facebook and Twitter. So it's a hashtag. This also works because if you want to tell people about what's on on Number, you can just type:

Doctor Who on #Number right now. SO EXCITED!!!

There is also another ident, the Neon ident. In this ident, the neon lights up, section by section, to give us our logo and our name, Number.

Now, I don't know about you, but I use AdBlocker. Now, Number can't have you using it (But they will let you), and they want you to know it. Now, the ads are actually over the live feed, so if you have AdBlocker on your browser, you'll see this:
