Oh? I tuned in briefly at about 6.15, and Jeremy was presenting with Anna! Did Bob come in and kick JT out of the studio then?

Sky are to open a new bureau in India. Meanwhile, back at home, they're also expanding on their staff numbers, but also...wait for it...
[dramatic pause]
They've gone and purchased a helicopter! This will henceforth be known as the "SkyCopter". Apparently.

I was saying only last week that the UK networks - or at least one of them - should pull their fingers out and operate a helicopter properly.
ITN have one but you wouldn't know it. The Beeb have one, but again... you wouldn't know it.
We can look forward to some fantastic car chases and fires soon.
Seriously, though, it's good news because UK networks are notoriously slow to get pictures - had September 11 happened here, for instance, you'd never have seen the second plane hit because they wouldn't have got pictures up in 10 minutes.
Good news about India too - finally seems they have seen sense with regards to bureaux and are starting to open some more.

Mr Pollard is also reviewing Sky News' programming and is expected to introduce changes from September.
Finally, changes afoot for Sky News... Individual Programme Looks? New graphics? Its all so very interesting!
One decision already taken is to make greater use of the channel's revamped Westminster studio, both for news coverage and events and weekly shows Littlejohn and Sunday with Adam Boulton.
Could this mean we will see the return of Your Call , based in the westminster studio, I for one welcome that...
