Good Morning Britain - 2015 Refresh/Tweaks

Susanna is on holiday. Why Charlotte can't be there as well is beyond me.

It seems Vanessa Francis left GMB in February and returned in May as a freelancer/

That's odd. The Sun reported a few days ago that Piers was banned from doing GMB again because he's been doing adverts for The National Lottery, and that's apparently a conflict of interest. It seems that news programme presenters can't do advertising. The two stories are contradictory.

Ad campaigns like that don't run for ever.

They didn't allow him to do the show THIS time because of the lottery advert. They have already said they want him back at some point, whether for two days a week as this article claims, or just a few days like last time.

Well if piers will host 2 days a week with susanna, and Ben shepard doing the other three days then gmb is getting closer to being gmtv again with the presenter format.

I can see Ben leaving to be honest. He has Tipping Point, Ninja Warrior UK and still has Sky Sports on Weekends. If Piers won't become a full time presenter (and Ben leaves) I can see the bosses 'promoting' Kate. Kate is now above Charlotte anyway.

God I hope they dont promote that women again, they might aswell though the way its going!

Kate is clearly seen as the stand-in above Charlotte now, but its been said here previously, Charlotte was more appropriate for GMB v1, Kate is more appropriate for this version of GMB and comes across a lot better than Charlotte.

ITV would need to pay Piers big money to join, they always seem to go for the big names and you'd think they'd have learnt by now that it doesn't always pay-off. Plus, do they really need another person on the rota - they've got more presenters than they know what to do with at the moment.

I have to admit I would watch if he was on.
