These are the same as those being used on the official app. The only difference is that the app doesn't have ESPN on the graphics.

This animation is definitely based on the current BBC look -

I suspect these are just "refonted" (and recoloured) versions of the normal BBC Sport graphics - it's certainly a lot closer to them than the attempt at the athletics the other day.
It's clearly not an official adaptation of the BBC Sport package. It merely has a similar element in the glass effect but that is different too and something that wasn't unique to BBC Sport in the first place.
In the recent past like Wimbledon the graphics had been the BBC Sport graphics of the time recoloured.

The white and blue as also used in the Six Nations looks so much better than the black and yellow.

Different production companies / teams with different access to the original templates, or (in the case of Wimbledon) different graphics hardware being used for which the templates don't exist.
So this now makes me wonder why they were able to create these graphics, but not able to create the correct graphics for Wimbledon?!

Really highlighting the extent to which BBC Three is being wound down - would have been unimaginable just a year ago, when the Family Guy block would have been cleared and Reggie Yates and Fearne Cotton dispatched to present the continuing coverage.
First live sport on BBC Four?
