The end composition doesn't work because of inconsistencies in the way the component parts were shot. It's not so disconcerting that they're lit differently but if you don't get the perspective right it freaks out the human brain. For example, compare the size of Ben's head with Tom's despite the fact they're placed level in the line up, similarly Lorraine is placed behind Tom, yet her head appears much bigger than his.
Or maybe it's just Sue's red jacket that's creeping you out!

That's pretty bad. The main thing that strikes me about it is the focus on presenters, and not on the results service which is surely the main reason why you would choose one channel over another.
Kate and Ranvir always end up doing Bank Holidays and holidays (summer/Christmas). Susanna seems to basically work Monday-Thursday on school weeks (a la Lorraine). Cushy.
A slightly unnecessarily rudely worded question, 'all new Phil', but one I'm more than happy to answer. Generally, around 6:00am. A good three hours later than Susanna as I begin my working day around three hours later than her. I don't think what time she wakes up is relevant to this thread, though, (and what time I wake up is even less so), as I commented on the number of days she works, not the hours she does on the days she does work.
