Seems that the robotic cameras have a mind of their own in studio A as well. One just decided to roll across right in front of Clive Myrie, nearly hitting him - causing a rather entertaining couple of moments. Hope someone cap'd it.

What's causing all these camera problems? I take it the standing shots, with the cameras going to the seated position is a simple wrong template being selected or pre loaded in Mosart. Would the Clive Myrie moment be related to a template issue too?

Does anyone know whether the Camera's in Studio A use the same system as those in E?

Cameras in E/C are on tracks and the ones in A/B are robotic pedestals, which can be manually operated from the floor and overridden IIRC. The system that selects the moves etc are the same I think.

Presumably at the that time you have two teams in the gallery for A - the 9pm News Channel team and the BBC London team.

Did I see the London presenter at the desk on that camera?

Currently watching the 4 o’clock hour on the NC – and they seem to be using the red ‘@’ bug for reporters. Seen it now on both Rajini Vaidyanathan ‘@RajiniV’ and Jonah Fisher ‘@JonahFisher’. IMO I think it looks quite nice on a NC.

Yes, correct, you see Sonja Jessup at the desk preparing for the ‘coming up’ during the headlines for the Ten. But because of the green you see the background of Clive rather then what is shown behind Sonja.

Isn't Studio A manned for cameras? Like Studio B, as far as I'm aware only Studio's C & E are automated.
