I would say yes, as I have just heard that theme being used on the livestream, despite the fact we can't see the studio right now.

Unlike the theme Hans Zimmer's company did for ABC World News, this one does not sound like The Dark Knight Rises.

Whilst I think it's definitely better than ABC News's theme, I think the new theme does lack a little punch (and I still maintain the Going for Gold theme is his best work).

I like the music, but like Bilky said, it lacks punch.

Is it just me or do the images on the video wall during the intro sequence bear a vague resemblance to the intro sequence used by Slovenian public television?

From my Google translate skills, not a lot of people seem to like the new music on Twitter. I think its absolutely fantastic, personally. It sounds like the first version of the theme used in 1952 and also is a lot, lot better than what it has replaced. The previous theme was very cheesy and sounded like a parody of itself.

Absolutely love the set, especially how the story images flow across the wall.
