Hmm I didn't expect this type of question. Can't make her less attractive It just seems awkward for her, less freedom, I am just use to seeing the full Emma not half of her, don't like it myself anyway

It has totally taken away the slickness and professional feel of the show, I certainly never expected to see any gigantic desk on 5 news that's for sure !


Don't worry as the Live TV's news-bunny takes over next week! Laughing

Oh yes I agree that those dresses completely clash with the set and make her look very silly.

Tonight's NewsTalk Live is a special, focusing on the high street. Emma Crosby live in Margate and Polly Whitehouse in the studio with the other news.

Tonight's credits for NewsTalk Live failed to appear on screen and they cut abruptly to the weather without the closing music kicking in.
The bed was slightly extended before they cut away so if anyone fancies capturing it on +1 just before 8pm you could get a good sample of the bed..

I suspect the problem is that she doesn't have a paper script - or a working autocue - so her only way to read it is from the laptop, which is rather inconveniently placed for the camera.
