I'm confused, How is Mr balls breaking the minister code? He's NOT a minster. He was one but for the past 3 years he not and thus any claws can not be held to him now, well not until 2015.

As much a nutjob as the guy may be, I thought Brillo telling him to shut up and later doing the 'this guy is mental' gesture was inappropriate.

Well he was telling him to shut up because he was constantly saying stuff when David Aaronovitch was speaking. Doing the loony gestures is all part of the character of Andrew Neil and the programme. Clearly Alex Jones was playing up to the cameras.
