And don't get me started on Guy 0904 Keen!
No, we won't. Namely because there are enough hate-filled forums against these channels out there, that slag off the presenters with their petty comments, aimed directly at each person on air.
I do apologise dear, I must have missed the memo which said only positive comments were allowed

As I said, your negative observations of minor faults with specific presenters are welcome on a number of other forums. Thankfully, this thread has balanced discussion - and that's the way most of the posters would want it to stay (news of channel updates and presentation) - not 'Gosh doesn't Guy say 0904 a lot...lets write a funny poem about him, which I can post for cheap laughs'.
Hope that clears everything up 'dear', just nipping it in the bud.

I do hope you've not missed this memo. There are other sites where offensive comments about presenters' appearances go unmoderated, and where derogatory comments about presenters based upon mere presenting mannerisms are made and are left to slide, and where it's fine to make defamatory (and disgusting) comments as long as you mitigate it in a token way (namely, ShoppingTelly.com). It's fine to say you do or don't like a presenter, and it's fine to criticise when they or the channels have been misleading. However, I'd say we're above name calling and hateful comments about presenters here.

Nope that isn't the tune. Not sure what one it is on Audio Network, but it isn't that one.
On a side note - lovely to hear Price Drop last night using their custom theme music, instead of Casino Challenge. It made the sells much more watch-able.

To be honest, I actually prefer Casino Challenge to their latest incarnation of custom music. I think because they stopped using it before the latest version of graphics, it sounds a bit dated, and incongruous. I prefer the incarnation before for both bid and price drop.

I think there has been a producer called Pandora for a while, so I doubt it is. I think David may be able to shed more light however.
Talking of Price Drop last night, the producer was a 'Pandora'. Her surname wasn't Spocks, was it?

I don't see how 'Guy 0904 Keen' could ever be described as offensive, name calling or a hateful comment.
I would ask yourself and James - when was the last time you made a purchase from a bid shopping channel, and what was the product.
BA
I'm not entirely sure what the relevance of that question is. If you want to know, I tend to avoid buying products that come via delivery or by post because of my dislike of going to the Royal Mail depot or arranging redelivery considering where I live, and also considering how similar this address is to another one (and the potential of misdeliveries).
