Good to see Curry's back on screens, and seems like the kind of story she should be covering. I wonder if she and Guthrie will get 'Today' voiceovers, given there isn't a fixed Saturday co-host yet and there's bound to be special titles and voiceover?

Looks like tension still remains amongst Today's presenters, with Al Roker apparently having a dig at Matt Lauer about Anne Curry's axing live on air:
“The tradition here in NY is you throw her in the Hudson River.”
That’s when Roker quickly chimed in … “Which is different than OUR tradition … which is you throw one of us under the bus, but that’s another story.”

Willie Geist to replace Savannah Guthrie as third hour co-anchor.
Willie Geist, of msnbc's “Morning Joe” and "Way Too Early" fame, will co-anchor the 9 a.m. hour of TODAY. Willie is a familiar face around TODAY. He's been a guest host on Kathie Lee and Hoda and filled in for other anchors.
His first day as 9 a.m. co-host is Nov. 12. (Although he co-hosted the back half hour of yesterday's 9am hour)
