How to view cache in internet browers

As you may or may not know tv live wiki had some issues and well we need to get the pages back.

Some of us are having trouble trying to view the cache pages. Does anyone have advice and help?
Hopeful we may be able to get some of the pages.

I don't have any in my history, but I'm restoring any pages I can find in the Google cache.

im still hopeful someone will have Home video club, BBC Scotland, ITN news at 1.30 and 6.30 pages along with bbc news at ten.

All but the BBC News at Ten are still in the Google Cache - the content is there, but it needs re-wikifying.
