There is a strong chance that it will be based on the Central News East style as carlton as quite impressed with the feedback they have had from the east!
More than likely - Llewella Bailey seems to have returned from her stint at anchoring Central News East to be co-presenter with Bob - I think Central News is better with 2 anchors - also she said that they had a new editor who was formely with Central News East so I would expect the American Style of titles like the Nottingham programme in a couple of weeks - it will probably also share simularities with ITV News, presentation wise, like a lot of the other ITV local news seem to be following the Generic BBC way of doing things.
