I've got one eye on the internet and one eye on the F1 season review and something odd has just happened - and one I'm sure is not allowed by the ITC.
Martin Brundle cues the break - No programme title bumper, just straight into the 'Disney World' sponsorship advert (they are sponsoring all of ITV1's New Year programmes) then the ITV1 heart splash and into the ads. Coming back it was:- last ad - Disney sponsorship - Straight back into the programme..
2 Things..
1. Does this break the ITC sponsorship code. I thought that it was a requirement that the shows name must be showed after any sponsor credit.
2. Texaco must be pi**ed off - as they re-signed last year too sponsor F1 on ITV for the next 5 years!
Of course it could just be the network centre trying to make some time up, but there was'nt a live programme on this morning to fall behind on.
Is this just a Carlton Midlands event, or was it on the rest of the network?
