The Wright Stuff mentioned it at the top of Friday morning's show with Andrew Castle, in which he revealed that he had been asked to do Celebrity Big Brother later this year:

Worth noting that today's Live with Gabby will the be last with Gabby, yet it's still in the schedule from Monday.

From Monday it's in the schedules as 'Live with...'. And says it will be presented by guest presenters, and this goes on till 27th April, which is as far as I can go on my schedule.

I'm surprised they haven't announced the replacement and have them present from next week.

According to their new Twitter (@LiveOnFive) the new presenters are: Fern Britton, Myleene Klass, Kaye Adams & Jenny Frost.

I don't understand why they didn't just rename their Twitter, as it means they've lost all their followers.

Sorry if this is me been thick, but Andrew Castle has been asked to do CBB not Matthew Wright?!

I think that the 'Live with...' branding is just ridiculous, Channel 5 should've either chosen one presenter and called it 'Live with Myleene' or whoever got the job, or given it a single name for each of the four presenters to use such as 'Live on 5' or something along those lines..

After watching Live with Gabby (and formally wright stuff extra) on occasions with weekdays off work, is there any idea if she left, possibly to move closer to Salford for BBC Sport & possibly 5live, or was she axed from the programme?

I'm pretty sure she left because of other commitments (sport i presume).

On her final episode she said she left because she was off "for a summer of sports". So maybe she may return after the Olympics. Hence why Channel 5 haven't chosen a permanent presenter, instead rotating the 4.

A bit if a big send off for her to come back, I think.
She did a brilliant job, especially (as said on the final show) with no rehersal time because of sharing the wright stuff studio. The show evolved drastically from its wright stuff extra origins, and became a mid morning club.
It was great to see her present something 'non sport', and she will be missed. I'm wondering if this period is to test the ground for somebody new, and gauge audience reaction.

She did of course do the The Vault.

You rolled your eyes, well I think someone's head should be rolling for that blunder. They must be dumb not to have realised that would happen.
