To be honest I wasn't 100% sure when I saw the video.

I'm aslo not sure all the 'Ri Chun-Hee's in the below videos on this page are the real deal.

Some may find this behind the scenes look at North Korean news of interest and the shock news is Ri Chun-Hee has retired. A sad time for television.

There doesn't even seem to be any permintalty fixed lighting in the studio, let alone an autocue.

This news is most sad, Mr. Wells.

No Ri Chun Hee is akin to early evening tv viewing without Meg Mortimer. Tragedy.

Or, of course, Big Moira.

Surely she would be called in for any big news again, though there's not much that can happen after dear leader's death and his young son taking over.

Maybe they have a new young replacement for her that will cover new leader's reign in the upcoming decades.

I've a feeling that her loss may lead to a power vacuum in North Korea. Wink

Well, you'll just have to learn Korean then... Laughing

Ri Chun Hee was on BBC World News report this morning, relative to a North Korean aggression towards South Korea. So, it appears that she is still around on NKTV for now at least.
