Rumour has it that 2 vintage episodes of sixties Doctor Who have been found - announcement from the BBC expected at 5pm.

Episodes returned rumoured as:

Galaxy Four - Episode 3 - William Hartnell

Underwater Menace - Episode 2 - Patrick Troughton

its past 5pm, where would it been announced?

Seen it on a few forums and twitter now - seems it's part of Missing Believed Wiped at the BFI!

Have these been restored? They look very good quality considering.

Doesn't look like it yet - there's still quite a few scratches visible, which will have disappeared by the time they get broadcast or a dvd release.
