He is quite probably totally innocent...

That's exactly what I wasn't thinking.

And I was just thinking that you weren't thinking what I was thinking. LOL. Can you remind us of the words you used to describe the great man recently? IIRC, it was the best ever post on TVF.

I can only remember the word peurile, off the top of my head.

In light of Newsnight, Heather Mills and a host of other seepages, I can only imagine that a certain CNN anchor is sweating ever so slightly at the moment. One wonders what the corridors of Atlanta are thinking about all this kerfuffle.

I came across this video on Twitter which has rather familiar-looking graphics, however from what I can gather the channel has no actual connection to CNN...

Then, doing a bit more rooting around on YouTube, I found this video which seems to be pointing out all the similarities between C5N and CNN using the last design, too.

How can they get away with this?

C5N also has a number of sets which look similar to CNN's, namely 'The Situation Room'.
They've also copied from MSNBC's graphics though, but with CNN, C5N change their graphics about two or three days after CNN change. It's very perculiar.

Indeed. Here is a video showing more of the similarities, including the ones you mention:

Atlanta set got a refreshment, they changed the background, now it has a lot of yellow, it looks better less dark and depressing.

Traveling through various parts of Asia at the moment, ginnyfan, and most of the hotels are without BBC World. So, I am taking CNN most days. Like the Atlanta yellow refresh. It reminds me of margarine for some reason, but like it nonetheless.

What was the saga behind that guest that got up and walked off the Morgan set midway through an interview? Saw Piers last night hosting a follow up story, spent defining himself to the hilt. Did he actually anything wrong?

Also, the new time zone meant that I got the chance to catch Ralitsa presenting a bulletin. Gotta love Ralitsa. She's a true pro!

And here's a report by CNN's Jeannie Moos about TV interview walk-outs:

The whole thing is beyond annoying. PMT has been devoting several shows to it now and are trying to join in this hype around it. No doubt Piers must be thrilled to have a chance to be controversial and in the spotlight in the US for something. Rolling Eyes

This brilliantly sums it up Laughing

Quote:
Good show, Piers, you are insufferable. And way to go, Christine, you are pitiful. You two were made for each other at the bottom feeding end of the pop culture food chain.

This whole event and the way that PMT, TSR and AC360 plug each other to death on their shows have made CNN unwatchable for me.

The sad part is that CNNI is pulled into their charade too cause it airs all those 3 crappy shows. Not to mention 3 showings a day for Morgan's fluff celebrity show even on a busy weekend like this.

This photo speaks for itself, world news channels today at the same moment.
