What happens if there's half hour regional news after the tennis and the nations have already done theirs?

BBC London just put up a "BBC London News follows the conclusion of the tennis" aston. (There was also a tell-tale audio glitch as they opted themselves out)

Same as Wednesday I suppose - albeit in a longer slot. The nations show a filler programme.

@BBCLookNorth:

BBC Six O Clock News on BBC2. @BBCLookNorth follows Murray Nadal on BBC1. Time tbc- but could be 7pm or 7.30pm.

Could BBC One Scotland show Miranda at some point to fill the gap?

Not before 9pm

BBC One Scotland doesn't show Miranda on Fridays anyway because of Holby City (of which they are now a week behind having dropped it last week).

It's not scheduled to be shown in Scotland this evening - My Family is on in that slot. (that Miranda was shown on Monday.)

Ah, for some reason I thought Miranda wasn't on at all in Scotland.

They showed it Monday instead of Panorama, as Panorama was covering the same topic as what they were showing at 9pm for an hour in place of Silent Witness which was the 2nd part of a two-parter and hasn't been scheduled Rolling Eyes

Scotland has what would have been tonight's Miranda scheduled for Sunday night, which is now 5 days ahead of network.

How people put up with this in Scotland is beyond me.

I'm now getting the first 30 minutes of The One Show scheduled for BBC Two and the second on BBC One.

Rolling Eyes
If they're sensible, they'll keep it on BBC Two for the whole hour.
(You may be seeing a scheduling glitch while they finish updating things)

Is there a possibility that the BBC don't want to schedule The One Show up against regional news? Potential split viewership? Not that ratings should be an issue though . . .

Anyway there's every possibility this could be finished in the next half hour.
