German Rudnev
One of main Russian television designers in 90s, Igor Barbe, who was working mostly with ORT (which later became, of course, Channel One), had uploaded a lot of clips from ITA-Novosti (Informational Television Agency News) (1994-1996 package), simply Novosti (1996 and 1997 packages) and Vremya (1994, 1996 and 1997 packages), such as stings, openers and other graphics, in 'master' versions.

Quite weird Channel One's Culture News opener from 1992: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfWNOpFqDKE (not connected with Russia-K's Culture News).

First Vesti opener from 1991. Of course, it's not so 'newsy' as it should be, but it reflects an important period in Russian history...

ITA-Novosti: sting.
(BTW, here's the opener itself, taken from C-SPAN archives; and the 'remake' which doesn't feature ITA logo, from 1996).

(ITA) Vremya (1994-1996 package): opener, 'ITA-style' sting.

Novosti, 1996-1998 : opener.

Vremya, 1996-2000: opener 1 (includes names of people featured after the video itself), opener 2 (referred by the author as 'business variant').
Samples of infographics: part one (graphs, tables, maps), part two (OTS), part three (sports graphics).
Stings and transitions: headlines, one, two, sports, final.
An example of graphics usage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SF6fjRAJ0A8.

Novosti, 1998-2000: opener, end sting, sports sting.

another look at Rede Globo's O&O stations:

how their morning newscasts currently look like:
Bom Dia São Paulo ("Good Morning São Paulo" - São Paulo | fact: this is Brazil's first morning newscast, it premiered in 1977 as "Bom Dia" - "Good Morning")
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gx7EjTj7EAo

Bom Dia Rio ("Good Morning Rio" - Rio de Janeiro - still coming from RJTV's old set)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIG3AqV7Bd4

Bom Dia Minas ("Good Morning Minas" - Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVWLRe6Q-xI

Bom Dia Pernambuco ("Good Morning Pernambuco" - Recife, Pernambuco)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRAp5ePs8Fc

Bom Dia DF ("Good Morning DF" - Brasília, Brazilian Federal District, a.k.a. "DF")
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o89FvDnVNeU

a montage of opening sequences for SPTV and its predecessors, Jornal das Sete ("The News at Seven") in the early '80s, and São Paulo Já "São Paulo Now" in the early '90s (its noon edition also covered national and international news, replacing the network's midday news in São Paulo) - variations (except for SP Já) were used on the other O&O stations and most affiliates: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLSj953GfiY (the final sequence is for Radar SP, their traffic and weather bulletins during Bom Dia São Paulo)

a similar montage for RJTV:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LdaAub6Xbo

how RJTV ended in 1996 (with the sound of teletype machines - the network's main evening news had that as well, until the early '90s)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGe1Kng0i98

extended theme from 1983-'96, (1983-'90 and '95-'96 in São Paulo) (where the 1983-'87 opening theme came from):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yJJwmGDna0

closing theme from 1996-'99 ('96-'98 in São Paulo):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gs-E9M2XIGw

and a montage for Bom Dia / Bom Dia São Paulo:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NreMA15MVk

and how the opening sequences for the other morning newscasts looked like in the late 1980s/early '90s, when they went CGI:
Bom Dia Rio: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1bfNF4pYls
Bom Dia Minas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wU9eGyAHtFo
Bom Dia DF: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVuERa5gXG4

Has the themes of TV Nova's Televizní Noviny and JOJ's Noviny something to do with each other?

Arrow A collection of TV Nova's news intros over the years
Arrow A master of TV Nova's first-ever news intro
Arrow TV Nova's and JOJ's news intros around the same era. Notice that both are exactly similar.
Arrow JOJ's news intros after that era until 2011 revamp: 2004-2007, 2007-2010
Arrow And, the all-new-look of TV Nova's Televizní Noviny from 2011

Are/were they under the same ownership? And is this a kind of "I love Chicago, Chicago my Home" becoming CBS Enforcer?

France 2 has introduced a few minor changes to its news presentation. Here is the main 8PM news from a few days ago; changes include a new opening shot with the anchor standing up, the addition of an introductory voice-over, some set modifications, and slightly updated music:

Note the lead story! Things have certainly changed a lot in the past quarter century, haven't they?

Sarcasm off: I just love the music!
