What was she doing off-camera? I think I can hear some keyboard-tapping. If that's all she was doing then that's completely OTT. He shouldn't be on a network broadcast if he can't concentrate while other stuff is going on in the background. It's a central skill required for the job!
Judging by his Twitter comments, it looks as though Adrian Finighan is moving on from CNN entirely, and no more freelance. "handing back his security fob and id today.........".
That's sad news. Hope Adrian turns-up on screen somewhere else in that case. He's too good not to be in front of a camera.
At first I thought it was Adrian's decision to work less for CNN and focus more on that private business he has but now it's obvious that it was another mindless CNN management decision.
In the end I'm glad he left to a place where he'll get more air time and a main anchoring role. Plus he'll get to work in their awesome studio and newsroom.

i also wonder, does Adrian had a degree in business so CNNI people put him there? that was dumb. at least now, thank goodness AJE will be show their full potential once more!
- Reporter Dan Rivers moves from Bangkok to London and is now Senior Intl. Correspondent.
- Stan Grant moves from Abu Dhabi to Beijing, still not clear who will replace him on Prism, Nick Robertson is filling in.
- John Vause moves from Beijing back to anchoring in Atlanta, still not clear what he'll anchor.
- Emily Chang, reporter from Beijing leaves CNN for Bloomberg

It's a shame Stan has moved, he was good on Prism. Which correspondents are actually based in Abu Dhabi now?
I can only think of Rima Maktabi, who I'd say could be the potential new host for Prism as she used to host her own show on AlArabiya, however she does have her ITME commitments.

Stan was only in Abu Dhabi for 5 minutes!!!!
I would reckon either Errol Barnett or Atika Schubert may well take over from Stan. Or - as an outside bet - Zain Verjee, since London is already overmanned and Zain is already mobile.
Rick Sanchez from CNN US is fired after his remarks about Jon Stewart.
Afghanistan correspondent Atia Abawi is leaving the network.
Lebanon correspondent Cal Perry is leaving too.
Ines Ferré, NY reporter for CNN en Espanol and CNNI is gone too.
Who will replace them and even if they will be replaced is unknown.
Also the bizarre demotion of London is not over, Atlanta will keep doing European mornings, Rosie does the first hour (1am Atlanta time) and now it's revealed that John Vause (back to anchoring) will do the second hour (2am).
