Could some audiophiles listen to this MP3

I know this isn't strictly TV related, but I thought people who are into their pres also would notice errors in music.

I've just purchased a Best of Beach Boys album from Amazon.co.uk amongst other albums, from their MP3 store.

Could anyone listen to this track:

I Get Around by the Beach Boys

and tell me if that's horribly distorted as it sounds to me. Especially at 54 seconds with the instruments in the background. It's not horribly obvious unless you're a pedant like me, but i can't stand listening to it.

I've heard of a few cases (via Google) of tracks being distorted on Amazons MP3 service, but thought I'd make sure i'm not losing it before I go to Amazon with this. I've got a couple of albums from them with the same problem.

Yes, it is distorted. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable as well.

Amazon don't seem to agree with me that the tracks are distorted

That's the remastered version from 2001 though, so the distortion could be down to the people who remastered it.
