well it is really: sirius, internet etc...

The point is they're getting the person to say "on international Radio 1" in a clip that opens with "Whenever I'm in the UK".

And Here is proof of its irony from The Chris Moyles Show this morning:
The Chris Moyles Show - International Radio 1.m4a

Chris Moyles must read TV Forum. Smile

Looks good. Shame it's cruddy WMV format though, and no iTunes support officially.

I'm still waiting for downloads to be compatible for macs. Mad

Basically, all PlaysForSure devices should support the files: a very good move there. I have great amusement (and disappointment) in the fact Zune, Microsoft's own player, doesn't support it.

Obviously, downloads on to Macs... well, apart from downloading being a minor thing, it's understandable that it's taking time. It does make sense how the BBC would want control over the distribution and not have a special case where they have the content on iTunes for a week, rented like films...

and Linux, surely copy protection on linux is just a silly point in the first place? Here's my DRM! And here's the code I put it together with! Razz

(Obviously, the solution is no DRM, and as much as I'd love that, content providers tend not to.)

More realistically we try and convince apple to licence FairPlay - if they let the BBC wrap files in the FairPlay DRM all iPlayer files could be made available as downloads for Windows, Mac, Apple TV and the iPod.

Anyone else finding the iPlayer slow tonight?
