BBC Two Rebrand and Onwards

How long has the lovely nighttime Seascape menu, as seen during the 10pm junction, been in use? I've only seen the clear sky version since the rebrand but that pink sky variant is so much nicer.

Does anybody have a screencap of this?

We've seen something similar on the "Next" slide, but not as an ident, IIRC....

Sounds like the Seascape Dusk version to me; that's been used on the pointers for some time now (the 'Next/Then/Later' screens) but I haven't seen it on an proper schedule line-up Menu - so unless you've got your pointers and your menus mixed up, then I haven't seen that usage either.

Full play of the Mirror Ident Ver 2 (the uptempo soundtrack) on Network at 0110.

The first 24 seconds ran clean; the video then ended 2 seconds after (due to the truncated intro on this variant) but the music still played to 30''...Not quite as bad as the Christmas Forest's premature video stop, but still another slight mismatch of lengths there.

It's a shame BBC2 are only showing variety in their endboards and not their idents.

I'm afraid it's starting to burn up...

That is excellent. I really like that endboard.

I know this has probably been mentioned many times before, but I rarely watch BBC 2 so I haven't seen all the idents.

One thing I really hate is the silly box which appears after about 10 seconds, I wish they'd get rid of it altogether!

The other thing I noticed which makes it look untidy is the Subs label, as it's on the left on some and the right on others, and I think they're different sizes as well.
