Put The Telly On
Helen and Andy on Meridian Tonight SE - far better. It's going to be very annoying the nearer we get to Christmas with Santageeta.

As for South East Today's jumps, I always notice the half-second sound blip before the opt out from network but as for black screen...not sure.

I'm watching on DSAT. It was terrible on tonights episode, 3 black screens and loads of jumps. At least one during Michael Fish's weather.

Has anyone seen a reporter on BBC South East Today or BBC South Today Oxford called Morris (don't know his last name...)?

Maurice Flynn, perchance?

Oh right it must be then...

So have you actually seen him reporting for South East Today or South Today Oxford?

Probably, but I tend not to retain total recall of every news story, by every journo, which wafts past me.

I can say with 99% certainty that no one by that name regulary appears on South East Today. Why do you ask?

I'm just wondering really...so, not even a Maurice?

Hmm.

Does anyone watch BBC South Today Oxford regularly...and know all the reporters quite well?

Do they tend to use freelance reporters, or do you see the same people over and over?

South East Today don't have a reporter called Maurice, not even a Micky.

Why would you be 'just wondering' if two BBC regions had reporters called Maurice? Please tell me the story behind your query, I think it would be more interesting than the question itself.

By the way, I was just wondering does BBC Points West or BBC Look North have a reporter called Nigel?

It's not relevant. I just wanted to know if there is such a reporter.

Oh, I see, we're being used to do another project for homework.

No, not at all.

I am a professional.

I'm not sure what the big issue is with wanting to know if such a reporter exists. I only had a first name to go on.

I thought a forum like this would give the answer pretty quickly.

And, I was right. I think it's called good research skills.
