I want to know what has happend to Lucy Cohens hair? Is she going for the Viv Creegor (Sky News) look?
Also, when is HTV News getting a revamp? It's been 2 years since the current look was introduced, the usual life of a look is 18-24 months.
I hope they dump that annoying trumpet at the start of the titles. The yellow and orange look was better - the music was less likely to make you turn the sound down as I do now!

James according to my contact at HTV Wales there are no plans "at the moment" for a revamp
And LOL I turn up the TV when HTV News comes on - I like the trumpets!

As I said I can see a situation where 2003 is seen out with the same HTV News purple look, though I hope not, and surely they will update. It's been over 2 years for all 3 Welsh news programmes on the terrestrial channels [3 and a half years for WT].
Lucy Cohen did something very strange with her hair about 2 years ago. Looked like she tilted her head upside down, cut it a straight line, then came back upright again. It was very messy. She's made the programme her own though I reckon, and I never thought anyone would fill Nicola's shoulderpads, I mean, shoes.
Yesssss!!!!! Juliet and Jonathan are on the main 6pm news tonight! And Cath Zeta Evans did the top story's report! And Justina and Lucy reported too -all my faves in one bulletin!
Andrew Jones also carried a report -- and quite the bizarrest one I've seen in a long while.
Some madman going round in his little black underpants smashing shop windows with a shovel in the middle of the night, causing £75 000 worth of damage, before surrendering by lying on the pavement on his shovel!
I swear Juliet was holding back her giggles, you could see her biting her tongue -- good think Jonathan introduced and came out of the report. How very weird!

Yes that report was weird to say the least - Yes I thought to myself I wouldnt be able to stop myself from laughing if I was in Jon/Juliet's position - but I guess you learn to act like professionals.
Lucy did work today - Friday! OMG im in shock - she did a light report so we'll let her off being *ill* this week.
