He posts mocks that he knows we won't like, he puts them in a stupid little zip folder to annoy us, then he gives us his age which is actually higher than his IQ to top it all off.
/i don't post mocks that i know you won't like, i do it like everyone else, to show my ideas to you. I don't put them in a .zip folder to annoy you, and my IQ is a lot higher than my age.. believe me...
oh dear... seems to me youve placed a big red circle on to the 'surfer' ident then outlined it with a darker red. i quite like the concept of 'ONE' but like sooo many others have said it has been v. poorly executed. and please please please stop it with the never-ending zip files
Look James, you've probably noticed people round here aren't too fond of you, and I can see that nobody has clearly put to you why.
For starters, take more time over your ideas. Most posters work on their mocks for at least a few days, most of the time a week minimum, before they post. Just because you can put your mocks together quickly, doesn't mean they're going to be good.
Next, stop posting them so much too. Sure, you want to show off what you know in the field of mocking, but again, this means your just throwing them together really quickly and posting them, then starting another and doing the same thing.
Also, don't zip unless you have to. People don't like having to unzip. You can zip when it's too big. You can zip when it's an odd file type. But for god sake, stop zipping pictures. You can upload pictures using TVF's built in upload service, just click "File Upload Service" (button furthest to the right, next to the URL button) when posting.
Finally, if people say bad things about your mock, don't come running back with a "i'm better than you" style response. Go away, change the things that were criticised, and post a new version to see if it's any better.
Hope my little bits and bobs here helped.
As for the mock, good concept, but I don't think ONE looks good in capitals, and also keep a clear background on that circle. The strands are good though, keep them red.
Well, apart from going to the houses of people who use Zip files, and killing them, there is not a lot we can do is there? And they are handy if a mocker has loads of them in one go.
