SWiSH Max is a great piece of flash software, and is very reasonably priced. Try THIS.

As for the mocks - first one URGH, second one bit better, but still URGH.

Paint is the best I have. If you can tell me about a piece of software that does "vectors" and is under £100. I'll take it.

Lots of free software..

From what I can see you have ideas, you just don’t have the means to present them well.

If you can’t get hold of any professional software such as Adobe’s fireworks or Photoshop etc…Try downloading GIMP it’s a free image manipulation program. Although I’ve never used it before, I’ve heard it’s one of the best freely distributed programs of it’s type around.

Edit: dbl beat me to it!

How can i make my logos better - now that I have Paint.net installed - and what colour would look best.

Rubbish mock, just bbc sport logo. But the Beeb, would never have a channel called BBC Five, because people may get it confused with Five Live.

I never imagined there would be a BBC3 - given that name's past association with comedy sketch shows and spoofs.

Isn't the 'BBC five' (all lowercase) too similar to five?

That 3.d. 'five' is very good for Paint, in my non-expert opinion.

You see, although they may have looked good a year ago, we can see that the BBC will probably be moving away from boxes, as it has done with BBC ONE.
