Although it has been prepared and does exist (they were talking about it on the Wright Stff yesterday), the 24 million households wont get it until later this year

I watched about 10mins of threads today in my R.E class and my R.E teacher helpfully ponited out that the place where i live is in the centre of 7 main targets for a nuclear bomb
