I have to say I can imagine that '(bbc' logo on the front of TV Centre. It would probably work for a futuristic look but I doubt the BBC are going to change their logo anytime soon - judging how much they spent on it!
Technically they're well put together, but I find them remninscent of a very 'daytime' and perhaps 90s style. I don't think they have much presence, which a brand/corporation like BBC should have, and I don't know if they have an lasting appeal or memorability.
As mentioned, the swoosh seems superfluous and a little contrived. Overall, a little too feminine and they lack any character. BBC have strived to achieve some individuality withing their channel strands, and you've taken them back in time.
I think simply having the BBC logo the same for each channel is enough, but you should think outside of making logos fit into a 'set' like many people on this site tend to do. Don't think about one piece of paper with all the logos on it that sit well together and look like a nice collection...
Try and think about what the channels stand for, what they want to say to their audiences and then consider how they should look. They may all be BBC channels, but they each have hundreds of people dedicated to creating unique and individual personalities that stand alone. This should ultimately be reflected in their identities.
PS... The 'one' looks very much like an old Sky One typeface used in a previous incarnation.
