Publisher, obviously, is slightly limiting. The quality is dreadful.
It was recently proposed that the BBC should launch a channel to rival al-Jazeera in Iraq. Here are some mocks I did for the channel to use.
My first attempt. Be gentle!

This is a clock to be used in late-night news bulletins.

This clock is used during general daytime bulletins as a countdown.

An ident to be used for more magazine-style programming.

Last, for now, but not least, a menu.
Of course, these are relatively simple, but the idea is to remain uncluttered and direct - the channel would show a mix of magazine-style culture programming, government and education-based shows and news and documentaries.
All idents clearly use the clock, and also, the map and street scene are animated and show Iraq from different perspectives. News puts Iraq in a global perspective, hence the map, whereas magazine-style programmes look at direct issues, hence the more direct look.
The clock is importantly established as a mark of the channel as a sign of authority and control, creating trust and showing everything working smoothly and precisely.
