What's with the "you're live on channel 4, please do not swear" stuff that Davina has been saying before they go live to the house?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that was first said by Davina near the end of Series 2 in 2001- there was a surprise eviction the day before the final, and Davina added the "please do not swear" line after one of the housemates did so.
Then you get Jason - 'F**k f**k f**k'
I was almost expecting Davina to say 'Your live on Channel 4. Please do not swear. But hell, what the f**k!'
That's ok then, Nadia deserved to win really , pity though that they didn't play the closing sequence where the soundbites echo and the lights in the different parts of the house go out.
The problem with that is that in both BB3 and BB4 it doesn't have the same feeling. The old house at Bow was really suited to that and you actually felt sad for the house when the lights went off, the new thing is just a studio. Who cares?
Also did Moyles's Leeds accent seem stronger on the eviction anno last night or was it just because I was listening for it. Mind you i had a feeling it was him for a while.

LOL - did anyone see, just after Shell's eviction and interview, when she was led to the ex-housemates - where Shell went along the line and kissed them all apart from Becki whom she totally ignored! LOL
Yes. Isn't SMTV? Discussion of that still continues in the CITV thread, why aren't people allowed to continue discussing Big Brother for a few more days?
Interesting article by John. My only complaint is, I doubt many people in the house even think 'Ooh, I just said something to so and so. Will the Producers edit me badly and the public see me as a bad person? I'd better go back, an hour after it all happened, and say something else to make sure I'm shown in a good light'. So they have very little chance to reverse any bad things they've done or help themselves get edited in a good light.
Anyway, what's to say at least some of the producers aren't like the rest of the BB viewers and actually have opinions on the rest of the housemates? Although they obviously wouldn't do it often or blatently so as not to get caught, they may occasionally slip in a clip that would make a housemate look bad, so as to increase their chances of eviction. I'm not saying it
does
happen, but as producers are real people too, it just might.
