Has anyone noticed that at the end of the 6, Sian seems to speak to herself? Wonder what she's saying. Confused

I doubt she'd be talking to herself - she'll be talking to the team in the gallery. Trevor McDonald was doing the same at the end of ITV News a couple of nights ago.

He'd be talking to the studio director or camera operators, I believe BBC News have remote controlled cameras, and the only other person in the studio with the presenter(s) is the director.

I think the director is in the gallery and that the other person in the studio is the floor manager, though I may be wrong.

Must say those "Global Warning" titles are indeed fab!

Yeah, I thought the director is in the gallery. It is possible for the presenter to speak to the people in the gallery - how do you think they manage to get through a bulletin?!

Indeed, I'd be quite concerned if the director was on the studio floor during a bulletin!

They have two way communication between the gallery and those on the studio floor (presenter included) through talk-back...

FYI - You can watch an entire 'Global Warming' programme at the BBC Broadband console. Very good television.

I noticed the BBC are advertising for the position of Chief Political Correspondent (NEWS 24) in ARIEL this week. Does this mean Guto Harri has left the political team for good????? Anyone know anything???
