I know the answer to this- the lettering remains but the reason why the chevron has gone because the strong winds a couple of months back blew it off.

Will they be putting up a nice shiny new one then, or won't the budget stretch to that ?

Could anyone help me please?? Does anyone know the dates for the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Shows this year yet?? Or are they on the same days every year?

The perils of live television.

Calendar opened tonight live from outside a Grimbsy pub. The lead story, Maxine Carr's release. Top story moved to second after the headlines when Christine handed to Duncan at the Grimbsy OB. Within seconds, someone comes running to the camera waving both hands with two-fingered salutes shouting "f*** the b*******". Profuse apologies from Duncan.... the poor man.

Oh dear its all going from bad to worse on the OB.

They moved the OB in Grimsby and now its been abandoned.

Going back to him to see if he was alright was a risky idea as the kids could have used strong language again

Possibly the first time there's been any trouble since the nightly OBs started almost a year ago

That actually jumped started me when Duncan just got splattered a few moments ago, he's ok though...

I think it was the Longship. Probably not a good area to hang around as it attracts the yobbish sections of the community to poor Duncan's misfortune.

Good on him for insisting on coming back on air to show he was ok, covered in egg, these idiots need locking up.

I see the finest of Grimsby excelled themselves tonight. Classic piece of TV though when the viewers cut back to Christine, you could see her wince as she saw what we didn't happenning to Duncan.

Having to deal with this yobbish behaviour in my day job, I am surprised he didn't chin them one.

Nice one Duncan, not put off these revolting Lincolnshire twats.
