The FAW match between Wrexham and Cardiff didnt even warrant a mention on the sports section of ITV Wales News tonight either!
It was a threesome of lads tonight aswell - Jon, Steve and Rhodri!
Lucy has a week off and can shoe shop to her hearts content, also I noticed that Steve did the lunchtime news, perhaps Sally went home ill as she didnt sound too good on GMTV bulletins this morning, I wonder who will be on GMTV bulletins tommorow, lets hope its not Richard Nosworthy

BREAKING NEWS
on ITV Wales News - a Boeing 777 had to make an emergency landing at Cardiff International Airport due to the captain smelling smoke in the cabin. This all happened at 17:30 and was first reported at 17:57 on ITV1Wales.
And the aspect ratio looked a bit strange because everyone had very long faces and there were bands of black on each side of the picture.
Note how the title strap appears over the portions of black!

I noticed Marie-Claire on the news tonight, they should get her reading the news now that lots of the other newsreaders have vanished.
BTW Owan, it was Andrew Jones on GMTV this morning
ITV Wales News BEAT BBC Wales Today with the first pictures of the Boeing 777 BA plane that had to make an emergency landing at Cardiff International Airport.
In the regional recap at 18:54 ITV Wales News aired the first shots of the plane:-
Then switching quickly over to BBC Wales Today, just after Derek finished the weather, there was a very quick live report from Penny Roberts at the airport but it was getting dark and Jamie reinforced the point that it was the first LIVE shots of the plane!

Also to note since posting that comment about the background someone at BBC headquarters in LLandaff must have changed the background as it went from a really sunny day to a dark evening all in the space of one report!
No wonder why I dont watch BBC Wales Today anymore!

You don't watch WT because of that? And who says ITV viewers aren't stupid and lazy?
The background is often a recorded loop. If (as is usual in Cardiff) the evening weather is a bit sh*tty, then it looks much nicer to have a brighter backdrop inserted. I'm not sure why it changed to a live shot halfway through the programme, though.
I would still like to know why Owhatanight registered under the name 'joeydeacon' a couple of months back. Their style of posting and fervent ITV bias is far too similar to be a coincidence. joeydeacon vanishes, and owhatanight returns.....

I have noticed that swanseas-sound seems to have the same writing style as ohwhatanight as well, and on a couple of occasions seemed to use the same webspace for images...
