Live to Baghdad now, you can just see Fox's US flag just above the logo. Then they blur it out. Then they get a clean feed.

Then Jeremy Thompson directs viewers to the area of the screen "just above the word Breaking", and later says "if we just lose the strap there you'll be able to see a lot clearer" and the strap goes. Now that's good newscasting.

Did anyone happen to see the News 24 strap that appeared during the SkY News Budget coverage yesterday (about 1:30pm). Not sure why or how this happened - do they get the commons feed from the BBC?

They were right for SNA so that makes me think perhaps they do have a degree of inside knowledge/insight, but they havent come forward with any further information on when/if Sky News will be adopting the new openers/graphics....

I think that was DVEous, who's always been a credible Sky News source. No reason to doubt that what he said was true at the time, so I expect they've put the date back again.

Can anyone point out on that overhead photo where the famous 'Frank Macavenie car park' is, where Soccer AM do so many funny outside set peices..?

I think you'll find that Sky News are moving. SKYnews doesn't exist.

On SN Active, when the ads are on and they play the news active logo screen thingy, last night they were playing the old ident where the dish is made out of dots and playing the old music.

Have they always used the old music/animation on the first screen during ad's? I'm still getting no info-bar BTW. I'll have to go into more sometime and find out if I can bring it back.
