Moz, you are sometimes such a w*nker. And yes, that was a personal attack. Shoot me.
Do you think that the BBC have the exclusive rights to do one to one interviews? Do you think it was in some way pioneered by Hard Talk?
Different news organisations around the world have been doing interviews with a presenter and a guest for absolutely ages now. Larry King has been doing it for 20 years.
Honestly, Moz, you are such an idiot at times.

So how long has One on One (on Sky News) been on? I've only just noticed it and it screamed HardTalk to me!

Hooray! (Lands catch and puts it in big net thing!)
I agree with all you say (including the bit about me being a w*nker sometimes!), but everytime News 24 does something it gets accused (a lot of the time by you c@t) of copying Sky News when the fact is Sky News have no exclusive right to them. Things like news walls, big graphics - other channels have been doing these for years too!
Although I did think when I saw One on One it did have a huge feeling of being like HardTalk, not just the fact it was a one one one interview, there was more to it than that.

I never said that One on One was sh*te! It was actually quite good - I like Adam Boulton.
Admittedly I do prefer News 24 to Sky News, but not blindly - until the recent revamp, Sky News was better than News 24 on lots of counts. Graphics, relaxed feeling of presenters, high quality of some of the reporting. Now though, I feel a lot of these have been equalled if not bettered by News 24 and now Sky is far worse - in my opinion.
Thank God though that we have two high quality news channels battling with each other. It keeps both on their toes!
One thing which Sky News really need to do is go widescreen. I can't believe they're still stuck in a silly little box! When is this going to change?

oh yea because it said "With Adam Boulton" I bet...
You always seem to view SKYnews as sh*te and BBC News 24 as royalty. It seems that this is just for the sake of it sometimes, but you are entitlted to your (pernickity, small-minded)*, opinions.
*This is only my personal opinion
