i'm surprised no one has noticed that the 10AM countdown gave times for tonight - it started with 22:00 BBC News. I think people on here are getting to caught up in the new graphics to even notice what they have on them.

I mentioned that and made a very good point on it too.
I can imagine a two-line stap becoming available for major news - we've already seen that the big strapline can shrink up and down - so potenially 2 lines of text are available. I'd say it would be something like:
ROYAL DEATH
HRH Elizabeth II has been found
dead at Buckingham Palace.
