Excellent!! Very Happy

Love the music and those stunning gradients! An outstanding effort as usual!

That new software makes the difference too.

-Just as a matter of interest - what is the software called? Its as good as professional graphic designers' software!

Great work Very Happy

It's Carrara 3. You can find out more at eovia.com - you can also see peoples profiles and work they've done including one for a local NBC station called KSN, but I've seen the ident and it's not up to much!

Carrara 3, hmm.

Not too bad, but it lacks a certain characteristic I am to expect with a BBC News sequence.

It is a fabulous mock, but it appears very... hm, very Carrara 3 .

N.B - You may ask "what the hell does very Carrara 3 mean?" Well, MoD once dubbed another BBC News mock with the term " very Photoshop ." I could understand what he meant eventually.

Ergo - The same ethos applies to my comment here.

Exclamation Lovely concept, once could say more of a tweak, subtle tweaks I am for.

Confused: Along with other comments here, it does lack a certain depth to it. The camera angles are very obscure - I don't see any mise-en-scenical equilibrium with the edits and the angles. Perhaps it could have been storyboarded a lot better before it was thrown together?

Keep at it however, and well done. (The theme is nice, too.)

Yes, it is very Carrara, and I agree it lacks that certain crap you're on about. But it was my first mock with the software, and the first proper thing I've done with it, so give it some time.

JimR or Jim1707 done the music (I think), I kindly snabbed it from him for this animation and mixed it up a bit. So credit to him for that.

That would have to be me...
I recognise it too...it's from one of those mix-mocks I made recently
It's nice that you incorporated it into that animation and it looks FAB too!!

A BBC World ident to go with the News24 one I created on the 4th.

First scene is a bit 'Matrix', but here are some higher-quality images of that video...

Here's my mock-up of the breaking news animation with a black background. Not perfect, but I haven't figured out to make objects negative yet so I cant do the more advanced shapes at the mo.

What does that mean then, without going to dictionary.com I think someone has been watching the matrix a bit to much, heheh.
