Noticed they mentioned Ruth on HTV News tonight and showed some pics too - Oh dear, Lucy is getting broody, wonder who would replace her if she went on leave? Juliet probabaly, although isnt it time Justina Simpson had a go on the 6 bulletin, she would be good im sure, she is streets ahead of most of the other newer newsreaders!

Anyway -- Spotted! First Christmas tree on Welsh tv -- in the Wedi 7 studios in Llanelli. Not that I watch that crap, you understand.
The BBC are usually nice and restrained in when they unleash their Christmas tree, only a few days before the day -- which is bearable. I remember HTV making their graphics Christmassy but can't remember whether there was a tree in the news studio.
Derek started his Christmas pictures this evening, with some nice penguin graphics. Penguins are always a good thing. No, we're not on chocolate again Fred, can't you think of anything else?

The music used was the 'guitary' music from the current set of idents! It was the same music as used in the Sue Johnson ident.
Also it looked like it was the beach at Broadhaven - and how nice it looked too!

Well I'm not young Jez but good god, yes -- tis quite worrying. Not so much of what he was up to, but the pants, the pants! It's wrongness.
It's like that thing on ebay where people deliberately go in for photographing shiny/reflective things for sale whilst naked.
