Susanne should go tonight, her performance was the worse.

Anybody watch the ITV2 show straight after the main show, the banter between the judges and Kate Thornton is fab. Kate & Simon get more and more venemous at each other by the week.

How do you vote by text message? What's the number to text and how do you vote?

Completly agree,

Michelle was good. I'm not particularly fond of her, but her performance was good and I think she should stay

Chris was fantastic like last week, really hope he stays.

Susanne bored me. She irritated me more than everyone else and I think she deserved to go.

I like Mark. He wasn't amazing but he was better than Susanne.

Sam is a natural performer, not my favourite but he sings well, performs well and probably deserves to win.

Just to pass on my comiserations to Suzanne, She did well and I'm sure the whole of North Devon was with her all the way... I know Lantern FM had tremendous support for her...As did the North Devon Journal and Western Morning News.

I think she took it like a winner - I'm glad she didn't burst into tears and start bawling. She gave it her best shot, was a victim of The Sun's propaganda and didn't win. Unfortunate. Well done to her though!

Yeah...that was a fair result this week. Although I don't know anything about what the Sun has said, she was slightly weak this week!

All the other have put their own take on the songs strutting about and using the camera in the best possible way.

In comparison, Susanne has stayed standing still for most of the time over the past few weeks and still overuses her left hand to convey her feelings...which isn't enough really, sadly! Rolling Eyes

I would say she could do with some throat medicine as well...she has always sounded a bit hoarse to me.

Criticisms aside, I was sad to see her go tonight...I certainly liked even though she wasn't the best performer on the night!

Bad luck.

Oh well Susanne was my favourite and its a shame to see her go. Her Beatles week was amazing but I dont think her song choice was that great this week.

I still dont see why Chris is in the competition - this is the only week where he has actually sung quite competantly whereas in previous weeks he has just shouted out of tune and got a way with it!

The Sun has run a campaign this week to oust Susanne and it just goes to show how fickle The Sun readers are! (Im a welsh daily star man myself!) Also in today's Sunday Mirror there is a story on how Simon Cowell has also wanted to oust Susanne so that his favourite Michelle could win through! It details his comments week on week always praising Michelle, even if she was bad, and always being detrimental to Susanne regardless of her performance!

Shame on The Sun and Simon Cowell for getting rid of such a unique performer! Its now a two horse race between Sam and Michelle!

PS great argument between Simon and Kate! Well done Kate you came out on top of that one (thats what Simon wouldve wanted anyway!)

Hmm... well regardless of the Sun's campaign, it's not "vote out Susanne" it's "vote to keep her in" so it's her fans fault for not voting, not the Sun readers for voting her out...

Campaign or no campaign, Susanne was the worst on the night. This was reflected in the voting, plus the fact she only managed to scrape through the last few weeks too.

Yeah, but its when you DO post that it happens.

I think Michelle is the winner now. People are saying they want talent to win over image but if Michelle wins, talent and image will win because she is beautiful as well.

Why did all the performances go on for about five minutes though? Considering Big Band isn't my kind of music, it was a bit dull for me.]

Not sure who is quoting who here - but the performances will surely get longer as the number of contestants is reduced - as unless they add another music number the show would just get shorter and shorter. In earlier weeks there has been some quite major editing of the songs to reduce their duration - often missing out some of the best bits IMHO.

Now we get to hear songs nearer their full length it gives the contestants the potential to demonstrate their ability to fully convey the light and shade present in some songs.
