In US sport? Possibly an eternity! Yes they had the previous logo for 35 years, but they weren’t exactly using the same graphics package all of that time. That logo barely made an appearance during NFL or college football programming during its last few years (you’d have seen “NFL on CBS” or “SEC on CBS” instead).

DAZN, Discovery and Amazon all bid for Ligue 1’s domestic broadcast rights. But bids below LFP’s lofty reserve prices for packages. Canal+ and beIN didn’t bidhttps://t.co/A9jD7kRgF0

It seems as the industry gets more competitive in many cases the broadcasters are being much more prudent on judging the value of rights, and especially noteable that the established broadcasters didn't even bid. I suspect when the rights go back to the market at a lower rate they may be in the best position to pick them up.

Though delayed replay coverage of the home nations games are airing on NBCSN on the day. Someone on the506 posted the US networks sports coverage before the Super Bowl.
It’s been that way for several years, live on NBC Sports Gold (as it was) with a Rugby ‘pass’ (that I think included some English premiership games as well), same day delayed on NBCSN.
Doing it that way for NBCSN was convenient / necessary as they tended to have live Premier League football when the Six Nations games were being played.
So a shift to Peacock would have been expected, not quite the same as them moving Premier League games you’d have expected to air on NBCSN - even before the announcement it was closing - to only be on Peacock.
Something similar happened here in Brazil: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many broadcasters around the world tried to renegotiate the broadcast rights to many sporting events, and, here, Globo tried to do so with the CONMEBOL Libertadores, on the second year of their four-season contract, unsuccessfully. As a result, SBT purchased the FTA package (one game per matchday - with the choice of two games, depending on the region of the country, during the group stage - including the final) and CONMEBOL launched a premium linear service, CONMEBOL TV (operated by Grupo Bandeirantes), broadcasting the pay TV package previously held by Globo's SporTV (with the second and fourth picks - ESPN/Fox Sports has the first and third picks, as well as the final, and Facebook Watch has the exclusive rights to Thursday games, with streams produced by TNT Sports), as well as the rights to all CONMEBOL Sudamericana matches and the CONMEBOL Recopa (both previously held by DAZN)
