He most certainly did. He was part of the launch team in 2001. Not many left now from the beginning. Sadly John Young has also departed.
Rob will be missed. Great personality. didn’t he present bulletins before he replaced Geoff Clark?

I didn't even realise Quentin the long term editor of SET left as well.

Really? He had been at the helm a long time.

It's alleged he left under a cloud.

ITV News Meridian South East went out on Meridian South at 1.55. No explanation why, so South East may have been the pre recorded bulletin.

Well she’s back in the SET studio this evening presenting.
BBC South East Today’s Lynda Hardy was presenting BBC London during Breakfast this morning.
On loan or a permanent move?

ITV News Meridian mistake or problems tonight:
Thames Valley sub-region being shown in the South Coast sub-region.
Luckily Thames Valley is only a 10 minute opt out and then the two sub-regions join together.
Thames Valley and South must be pre recorded tonight, as there has been no acknowledgement about it and there have been no live reports. (South East must be live.)
Complaints on Twitter.
As shown in this person's video, the South Coast titles play after the ident. Then the clock comes up and they switch to Thames Valley which is already in progress(just at the moment when he stopped recording here).

The Meridian East bulletin tonight sent a reporter to do a live from outside a Debenhams in Gravesend, which is in the ITV London editorial area.
