When Scotland Tonight is off the air the ITV National Weather usually follows.
STV always have the local weather after NaT for as long as I can remember while Scotland Tonight has been on the air.

Does anyone know why the 4 regional variations of STV aren’t available in HD on Freeview or Freesat? Has there been any announcement about them being made available on the free platforms?
See the issues discussed in the ITV HD Regions on Freeview thread, they also affect STV. As for Freesat, STV are probably receiving a kick back from Sky to keep their sub regions encrypted

I will have a look at that thread. The HD variants were on Virgin Media before they appeared on Sky so I’m not sure if that’s the case. It’s surely about time that SD versions of channels were being replaced on all platforms.

Woke up to STV showing Scotland Revealed Moments just before 5am, instead of the usual ITV Nightscreen, which was on the EPG. Looking at +1, they were showing a programme about The Beatles an hour earlier, again during Nightscreen's slot.
