Well the outside looks familiar, not sure about the inside!

Looks like the Rick Adams era was ahead of its time, as they look to have installed the same windows and doors

At 5.7m I think it’d only be Chris Evans who could afford it

Wasn't the big long window near the stairs (and the other one at the rear) just covered in fake trim to make it match the French windows? Perhaps when it was taken off that gave them the idea to use that style for all the windows. It's a pretty big co-incidence otherwise.

Here's the house like you've probably never seen it before. Taken in July 2002:

It's nice that the agent has acknowledged the venue was used for The Big Breakfast. Though they'll probably get a lot of appointment viewings from fans who never got in to the house (like me! haha) Or are agents not doing in person viewings due to covid?

And there are some floor plans of all three floors with measurements of each room on that page too.

I'm currently moving house and viewings are going ahead, but with masks/gloves and max 2 people from the same household. Because the market is so busy though with the stamp duty suspension, we're finding you generally need proof of either deposit or an offer on your existing property before you look around a new one, which should stop the speculative viewings!

Yes. Try clicking on the link. Scroll below the photos, and second tab 'floorplans'. All there. With dimensions in feet or meters..

I guess the last pic is the outbuilding in the garden.

Assuming it won't be used for an entertaining breakfast show I think actually the best thing to do with the house is to go back one step further and convert it into three cottages - open plan on the ground floor, two or three bedrooms and a bathroom on the middle and a Master Suite up the top. Garden would be tricky though - best left communal.

Unfortunately I fear the most likely outcome is demolition and apartments built on the land.

Complete with one of the old porter cabins inside it by the looks of it. Wouldn't that workshop have been the walkway to the old office building in the BB days?

In London that massive front garden is wasted land, you could build loads of small one bed studio apartments on that land and get a rental income of £1500 per calendar month. I've watched far too much Homes under the Hammer Very Happy

Yes there are loads of new apartments across the canal from the house which fetch that sort of rate.

Given all the development in the area, I'm actually amazed the house is still standing, 18 years later.
