How long has there been a regional version of the Skateboarders ident? I just saw it on Belmont but I've never seen East Midlands use it.

Since September!

LOL just goes to show how often I watch Look North Razz

Dont you mean either Leeds Today or Hull News Tonight?

Charlotte Leeming presented the slightly shorter Lunchtime Look North today

Unusually Christa Ackroyd presented the afternoon Look North. Paul commented that it was another early start for Christa today!

To accomodate the series of 'shorts' about teenagers i think.....

Indeed, immediately after Look North a skateboarders ident crashed onto the screen with an announcer shouting over the top of it, and then into a short film that was credited 'BBC English Regions', then after that a long advert for Freeview. I wondered what was going on!

Long story short...
Clare Frisby ill, so Charlotte was called in to cover for her. Charlotte was supposed to be covering for Ian who is on holiday this week, so Christa did the 3.20 Bulletin and Harry who is also feeling ill, came in to do the Leeds 2225.
The sooner we move from this ill building...

Oh and the lunchtime will be shorter for a couple weeks while they show Telling Lives, the Video Nation style project

I thought there was a shortage again it was only a few weeks ago that Ian White was ill.

Instead of Harry and Christa covering can't we have someone like Helen Philpot or Nicola Hudson doing the late Leeds 10.25?

Over on Calendar Christine Talbot is also off ill so Tim Iredale did the OB, the funniest bit was when he tipped a plate of curry up to show the camera and it started to slide almost of the plate onto the floor!

Helen Philpot was covering for Helen Fospero today!! Fospero must be having more time off because of her pregnancy - the bump is getting quite large now!!

They're de-bugging the transmitter to prevent Tom Schafernaker corrupting the airwaves in future!!
